A dupatta, matching bottom or accessory is included only when specifically mentioned in the product listing.

Jewellery, footwear and other accessories used for styling photographs are not included unless expressly stated.

Standard shipping is included in our product prices for eligible and serviceable PIN codes across India.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery usually takes 7–14 days from order confirmation, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared where available.

We understand that sometimes you may want to make a last-minute change.

Once an order is successfully placed and paid for, voluntary cancellations are ordinarily not accepted.

We do not ordinarily offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size when the correct ordered product was delivered.

The preferred 48-hour reporting window does not limit valid statutory consumer rights, including claims involving defects discovered later.

We believe refund information should always be clear and transparent.

Once an eligible refund is approved following any reasonably necessary verification, Prit Fashion generally initiates it within 5 business days.

The refund is ordinarily sent to the original payment method used during checkout.

After initiation, the amount is estimated to reflect in your account within a further 4–8 days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Any shorter timeline required by applicable law will prevail.
