10. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, voluntary cancellations are ordinarily not permitted.
Customers may contact Customer Care for assistance, but submission of a cancellation request does not itself cancel an order.
This restriction does not limit remedies available under applicable law or refunds arising where Prit Fashion cannot fulfil an order.
